With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute...continuing as long as you are able to.  (use as many sets as needed)

Casey - 14 min + 10 reps
Derek - 14 min + 12 reps
Sam - 14 min + 10 reps

Crossfitendurance - rest day
