Warm-up: Jump Rope 3-5 min

"Embrace the Suck"

Max round in 20 minutes of:

5 Thrusters (75lb)
7 hang Power Clean (75lb)
10 Sumo Dead Lift High Pull (75lb)

Derek - 6 Rounds + 5 thrusters (Previously got 8 rounds, but still fatigued from last week)
Adam - 4 rounds +5 thrusters (65 lbs)
