Warm-up: Jump Rope 3-5 min
"Embrace the Suck"
Max round in 20 minutes of:
5 Thrusters (75lb)
7 hang Power Clean (75lb)
10 Sumo Dead Lift High Pull (75lb)
Derek - 6 Rounds + 5 thrusters (Previously got 8 rounds, but still fatigued from last week)
Adam - 4 rounds +5 thrusters (65 lbs)

"Tosh"
The time it takes to do each distance is the amount of time you rest.
C2: 3 x (250m + 500m + 700m)
Derek - Total: 22:14 - 1st round 7:30, 2nd round 7:30, 3rd round 7:14 (totals include rests, Without rests 250 meters - 50 seconds, 500 meters - 1:40, 750 meters - 2:30)
