CrossFit - Rest Day!

CrossFitEndurance - Run 35 mins, cover as much distance as possible. (I didnt run 35 mins because of my knee)

Derek - Ran a 5k in the rain...first time I had run continuously on my knee since I hurt it at school.  I felt great; no hurting whatsoever for 3.1 miles.  It looks like CrossFit has made my knee stronger, which is good because after a couple months I was starting to get frustrated.  Ill have to increase my distance gradually again, but feels so good to be back!!!
