Pushups (Crossfit Games standards) - 30 Reps
95# Overhead Squat - 21 Reps
Derek - 1 round + 30 Pushups + 5 overhead squats
-30 seconds of rest and then:
3 rounds with a 7 minute cap of:
Toes to Bar - 30 Reps
95# Ground to overhead - anyway you can get it there. - 21 Reps
Derek - 1 Round + 7 Toes to Bar
Crossfit: (Afternoon)
Warmup: handstand pushup practice
Strength Metcon (for me)

85# push press (for handstand pushup strength)
Ring Dips
Pushups - (Games standards)

I am really working on body weight strength as well as heavy lifting. I am going to start doing heavier lifting on workouts (bodyweight or above on the bar.)
