Had to sub 75# thrusters, that's all the weight I have. Never did proper GHD's before, and Visited by pukie a couple times, but still finished. Took the advice of the boards and subbed down, only did a total of 27, because each GHD after that made me sick. I finished the rest of the 63 as normal sit-ups. Everything else the same.
This workout absolutely kicked my butt.
